MIEX COCKTAIL AND CONFERENCE

On May 11th, 2017, Universidad La Salle was host of MIEX International Board Meeting.  As part of the board’s agenda, it was organized a cocktail meeting and a panel entitled “The impact of creativity and innovation in the international managerial field” where the members of MIEX Consortium from China, Sweden and Brazil gave the perspective of their own countries and economies about the importance of innovation and creativity in a global business environment that is constantly changing.The speakers and topics that were presented at this panel were:

-        Dr. Regina Huang, Vice- Dean in International Relations School of business, ECUST. “Innovation with creative thinking as a national strategy in China”

-        Dr. James Sallis, Director of International Relations Department of business, UPPSALA. “Creativity and innovation”

-        Dr. Aurora Carneiro Zen, Assistant Professor and Researcher Management School, UFRGS. “Innovation in Brazilian economy”

After the panel, the cocktail meeting took place and it was the perfect space for sharing and getting along with the Board members, MIEX alumni, students and candidates, researchers, professors and the rest of the community that participated at the event.
